Our Story

Owner Mark Walker formed a partnership with Byron Breau in the winter of 2004, together incorporating Canadian Vacation Homes Ltd. and American Vacation Homes Corp. The company has grown from one employee and 12 vacation properties in 2003, to more than 600 vacation homes and resorts in 2023. OKChalets represents premium ski chalets, resorts and boutique hotels throughout Canada including Big White, Silver Star, Fernie & Sun Peaks.
