The Legacy #407 - 3 Bdrm + Loft - Big White

Legacy 407 is a three bedroom; one loft, three bathroom apartment in a village location on Hummingbird Run with ski in and ski out access giving you easy access to the Plaza, Ridge Rocket and Snow Ghost Express Lifts. Legacy 407 is on the top floor and is a penthouse style vacation home with great views. There is an elevator in the building to access the residence from the ground and parking floor.

Once you are inside this vacation rental you immediately feel at home. You walk into a large hallway with slate floor, with a convenient wooden bench for putting on your boots and lots of coat hooks for those winter jackets. Adjacent to this is a utility room with washer, dryer and extra fridge freezer space. The hallway leads to the left the living room, and to the right takes you to the master and second bedroom. Behind the front door are some carpeted stairs leading up to the loft.

The open plan living area comes has large three seater couch and three comfortable arm chairs set round a gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel dishwasher, large stove and refrigerator and freezer, toasting oven, microwave and a high top breakfast bar with seating for three guests. Set in front of the kitchen is the long oblong wooden table which seat 6 comfortably. Access to the private balcony is to the left hand side of the table and looks out onto the Monashee Mountains with a propane BBQ. As it is a corner residence you have wonderful views of Hummingbird and Perfection ski run from the lounge.

The master bedroom has a king bed and gas fireplace leading to its own ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower. There are great views from the bed out the window looking up at Big White Mountain onto the Perfection and Exhibition ski runs.

The second bedroom in the residence has a queen bed and has the same great view of the master bedroom looking up to Perfection and Exhibition run. The third bedroom has two queen beds and a large flat screen TV with DVD player. The views look out onto the Monashee Mountains down the valley.

The loft is equipped with a single day bed and queen bed with a TV/DVD with cable and Wii console. There is a small living room set up with two 2 seater sofas and an arm chair perfect after a day on the slopes. The loft also has a fully equipped bathroom with a tub and shower.

There are 2 communal hot tubs in the building both seating 8 persons. The closest hot tub is by the stairway to the right of the front door. It is located between the 1st and 2nd floor

The Legacy comes with a ski locker room, with a dedicated locker for your skis and snowboards, plus a waxing table with iron to fine tune your sports equipment.
