Coyote Creek Chalet is located in the Whiteforest area, of Moonshine Crescent. It is a standalone chalet with a garage for 2 car and 1 off street parking. The snow cats groom the ski back right past the back door which leads to the Village Way run down to Happy Valley and the gondola. To get to the village it is a 10 minute walk up to the ski run. The current owner designed and built this chalet for his family. A covered porch leads to the front door, or enter via the garage and an internal door. Hallway has a heated tile floor, cupboard, hooks for costs and a teak bench made from a wagon wheel and convenient half bathroom, straight ahead leads into the lounge and to the left leads to the kitchen.

The kitchen has heated tiled floor, beautiful wooden cabinets and raised breakfast bar with 4 high chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard. Set in front of window is a solid wood table which can be extended to seat 10 comfortably. The view overlooks trees and the mountains beyond to the right you can look towards the ski bridge over the road. Stairs lead up to the master bedroom, at the top is a lovely warm landing with arm and footstool, table with a games board, walk through a large closet to the master bedroom with solid wood post king bed with bedside tables and lamps. Set at the end of the bed is a built in closet with 20” TV/DVD player and gas fireplace. The window overlooks Moonshine Crescent and ski hill. Private bathroom with full suite including bath tub and shower over head and heated floors. Separate stairs lead to the lower floor at the bottom to the right is the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds, bedside table, 2 windows looking south; and to the left is the 2nd living room with 2 couches, 1 is a sleeper for 2, a card table is set up in the corner, 52” TV/DVD player with surround sound 5 speakers and sub woofer . At the front is a deck with hot tub. A side door gives you access to the ski in out. Access to the 2nd and 4th bedroom is through the 2nd living room. The 2nd bedroom has a solid sleigh wood bed, chest of draws with 20”TV, private bathroom with full suite including bath tub with shower over head and heated tiled floor,it has a south facing window overlooking the ski back. 4th bedroom has a pine bunk with single over a double, 20”TV, small window looking onto the side of the slope. The shared bathroom with full suite including bath tub with shower overhead. A large laundry room with separate washer & dryer, which doubles as a drying room. The whole chalet has been tastefully decorated with pictures and artifacts.
